"Refund took a while"
I did end up getting my refund, but yeah, it took a lot longer than they originally said it would. I was checking in and waiting around more than I expected, so that part was frustrating

I’ve used Bounce a couple times now, and my snap judgment is that they’ve got the notification stuff figured out. Confirmations came through fast, with the address, booking details, and reminders showing up right when I needed them. Drop-off was clear too, no awkward guessing around. Smooth overall, and I’d definitely use it again.

"They make cancellation way more confusing than it needs to be"
Trying to cancel was a pain. I had to dig around forever just to find the right info, and that’s on them for not making it clear. It feels like they purposely make it confusing so people give up.

"Support was slow and the terms kept changing"
I used Bounce and the actual drop-off spot was fine. The staff there did what they needed to do and I didn’t have any major issue with leaving my bag there.

The problem was dealing with central support when I needed to change my booking. It took forever to get a real reply, and the answers I did get felt super generic, like nobody was actually reading what I wrote. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which was really frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but if anything goes wrong, I wouldn’t count on quick or clear help.

I used Bounce last weekend and the place was really clean. The floor, counter, and even the storage area were tidy, so I felt comfortable leaving my bags there. Drop-off was quick, pickup was easy, and there wasn’t any weird smell or clutter. Made the day a lot simpler not having to carry everything around

I’ve used bounce a couple of times now, and one thing I noticed is the payment process has been the same each time in a good way. No random double charges, no awkward delays, and the confirmation came through right away. After seeing that pattern, I felt comfortable booking again. it was just stress-free, which is all I needed

We had 4 bags after checkout and Bounce handled them no prob. Drop off was super quick, pickup was too. made walking around soooo much less annoying lol.

Dropping off my bag was smooth, honestly. The staff seemed to know the process, and I was in and out in just a few minutes with no real hassle.
Pickup was where it got a little annoying. I had to wait around while they dealt with other things, and it took longer than I expected for something that should’ve been “quick.” Not awful, just slower than I hoped.

I needed somewhere to stash my suitcase at the last minute before a late train, and I found a place on bounce quickly. It was only a few minutes from where I already was, which made the whole thing way less stressful.

The booking was straightforward, and the guy at the shop knew exactly what to do. I was a little nervous leaving my bag there—actually, not nervous, just doing that usual double-checking-in-my-head thing, but everything was totally fine when I picked it up.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because the directions could have been a bit clearer. Other than that, it saved me a lot of hassle and I’d use it again.

"Super handy during my layover"
I used Bounce.com during a long layover, and honestly... I was a little nervous about leaving my suitcase at some random shop. But check-in was quick, they tagged my bag, and that made it feel a lot more secure. When I came back, they checked my booking before handing it over, which I appreciated! Nothing was missing, and the bag was exactly how I left it. I'd definitely use it again if I wanted to wander around without dragging luggage everywhere.

"Good option if you’ve got a big suitcase"
My oversized suitcase fit just fine, which I’m sure other travelers with bigger bags will appreciate. The only downside was that pickup took a little longer than expected, but overall it worked out okay
